Many of you believe that you can only use the flame when you are sitting in a meditative position. Oh my children, don’t be naive, this may be true in the earliest stages of its use, but not forever. Once an individual incorporates the properties of the violet flame into his field, it can be used in any situation, at any time and in any position. There is rather a settling period, when you getting used to use it and learning how to manipulate it. But as soon as this happens, there is no more the need to be "insulated" to use this flame.

When you are in a troubled environment, invoke the violet flame to blaze on it, so that it cleans and purifies all the ill-qualified energies of the environment and you can soon feel the environment becoming subtle. The more you practice this use, the more potent the use of the flame will be when you are out of the meditative moment of your day. Also during your day, when you feel that you are generating ill-qualified energies from your thoughts, feelings, or words, promptly invoke this flame to burn in the Love of God the Father / Mother all the unbalanced energy that has been generated. Therefore I suggest that you begin to use this flame whenever you remember to, for there is so much to be cleansed and the great moments of mankind are nearing. So it is that the "separation of the tares and the wheat" is already in progress and large quantities of Light will be (and are already) being thrown into your bodies and the more energetically clean you are, the easier it will be to go through these periods.
